A Journey of Transformation
Every Chapter Taught Me Something
Every journey begins with a small step. Mine began in 1996 with my first job as a teacher and, over the years, took me through teaching, typing, customer service, workflow management, international assignments, business ownership and entrepreneurship. Today, I am beginning another important chapter — building a long-term career in Accounting, SAP and Finance.
Looking back, I realise that every job, every country, every challenge and every person I met added something valuable to who I am today.

1996 — 2026
The Story Behind the Journey
Three decades. Three countries. Many careers. One continuous journey of learning and growth.
The Beginning
My First Step Into Professional Life
After completing my Board Examination in 1996, I took my first step into the professional world. At a young age, I started my first job as a Junior Teacher in a private school in Sasaram, Rohtas, Bihar.
Soon after, I worked as a Telephone Booth Operator in Sasaram. During this period, I learned English and Hindi typing, which later became one of the most valuable skills in my professional career.
Wanting to upgrade myself, I moved to Patna and completed Basic Computer and DTP courses. I then returned to my hometown, Sasaram, and started working as a Computer and English Teacher at "ABR Foundation School".
Alongside teaching, I worked as a Computer Typing Operator for "Geeta Ghat Baba Ashram" at the "Sahu Cinema" office in Sasaram.
While working and gaining practical experience, I continued my education. I completed my Intermediate in 1999 and later completed my Graduation in 2003.
A New Beginning in Delhi
From a Small Town to a Big City
In 2005, with the support of my dearest cousin brother "Golden" from Patna, I received an opportunity to move to Delhi.
It was the first time I had moved to a major city beyond Patna. My new life and professional journey began in Delhi.
I started my career in Delhi as a Data Entry Operator. Because of my excellent typing speed and dedication, I received a 25% salary increase on the very first day of my job. I was extremely excited that my performance was immediately recognised by the Project Manager.
Later, I worked as a Trainee Associate Project Manager at "TechBooks International Pvt. Ltd.".
This period helped me develop professional discipline, computer skills, communication skills and the confidence to work in a corporate environment.
Customer Service
Communication Became My Strength
With the great support and guidance of my English Guru, "Amitesh", I worked hard to improve my English pronunciation, communication and spoken English.
His guidance gave me the confidence to appear for Call Centre interviews. I successfully entered the customer service industry and joined "Orion Dialog" as a Customer Care Representative.
Later, I moved to "Mphasis" (BPO), where I worked as a Senior Customer Care Representative until 2006.
This chapter taught me how to communicate with different people, understand customer requirements, solve problems, handle pressure and work effectively as part of a team.
My Dream Job
IBM Daksh — Growth & Leadership
December 2006 was one of the most memorable milestones of my professional life. I got the opportunity to join my dream organisation, "IBM Daksh Business Pvt. Ltd.".
I worked there with complete dedication and commitment until May 2011.
During my time at IBM Daksh, my performance and dedication helped me grow professionally. I was promoted and moved into Workflow Management (WFM).
Moving from Customer Care to Workflow Management was a major achievement. It taught me planning, forecasting, workforce management, operational analysis, coordination and decision-making.
Family & A Life-Changing Opportunity
A New Personal & Professional Chapter
While working at IBM Daksh, another beautiful chapter of my personal life began. I got married in 2019 and, in 2011, I was blessed with an angelic daughter, "Sunshine".
She became one of the greatest blessings of my life and continues to be a source of inspiration and motivation.
That same year, an opportunity came into my life that I had never imagined possible. With the support of my best friend, "Bhola Bhiya", I received an opportunity to work in Moscow, Russia.
For someone from my background and hometown, working in another country felt almost unbelievable. In my father's and ancestors' generation, no one in my family had ever travelled to abroad, before me. I was about to become the first.
Moscow, Russia 🇷🇺
My First International Career
In 2011, I moved to Moscow, Russia and joined "LLC Veda Travel" as an Account Manager under "Mr. Sanjeev Choudhary".
My journey in Russia became one of the most memorable and important chapters of my life. I was not only working in a foreign country but also learning a completely new culture and language. I learned Russian and adapted to a completely different environment.
I am deeply grateful to "Mr. Sanjeev Choudhary" and his wife "Tanya Bhabhi", who supported me through many ups and downs.
I also met many wonderful people who became like family to me, including "Kali Charan", "Sarabjeet", "Mukesh Thakur", "Rohit Trivedi", "Rangina", "Chandan Bhaiya", "Imran" and many others.
Their friendship, support and brotherhood made my life in Russia much more meaningful.
Shaoxing, China 🇨🇳
Another Country. Another Challenge.
In 2017, through the support of my dear friend "Chandan", I received another unexpected opportunity — this time to move to China.
I joined "Mir Logistic", representing the Moscow Head Office in Shaoxing, Keqiao, China, and worked under "Mr. Rajiv Rajan Singh".
Moving to China was another major challenge. I was entering a country with a completely different language, culture and working environment.
However, "Mr. Rajiv Rajan Singh" treated me not merely as an employee, but as an elder brother. His trust, support and generosity played an enormous role in strengthening my financial foundation.
I am deeply grateful to "Akshay", "Neeraj", "Viresh", "Mahesh Bhai", "Manish" and many others for their friendship, guidance and support.
Becoming an Entrepreneur
From International Professional to Business Owner
In 2020, I returned to India. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, I was unable to return to China and continued working remotely for some time.
But sometimes, when one door closes, another opens. During this difficult period, I received an opportunity to fulfil one of my biggest dreams — starting my own business.
With the grace of God, I opened a well-known fast-food franchise, "AL Baik.Com", in my hometown of Sasaram, Bihar.
For me, this was much more than simply opening a restaurant. It was the beginning of my journey as a Business Owner and Entrepreneur.
I managed daily operations, accounting, inventory management, supplier payments, customer billing, expenses, staff management and financial reporting.
I learned business practically — not from a textbook, but from real life. I learned how to manage cash flow, control expenses, deal with suppliers, manage employees, maintain inventory, handle customers and make financial decisions.
I am especially grateful to my dearest friend "Bhola Bhiya", who became an unofficial business partner and supported me unconditionally.
I also sincerely thank my cook "Rama" and my operational manager "Panday Jee" for their hard work, honesty, dedication and passion.
Closing One Chapter
To Begin Something New
After operating my restaurant business for several years, I made one of the most difficult decisions of my professional life.
In February 2026, I stepped away from my restaurant business and handed it over to a friend.
This was not the end of my journey.
It was the beginning of another transformation.
My new goal:
To transform my practical business experience into a professional career in Accounting, SAP and Finance.
The Next Chapter

2026 is another important turning point in my life. After leaving my restaurant business in February 2026, I decided to invest my time in upgrading my professional skills and preparing myself for an international accounting career, particularly in the UAE.
My focus is no longer simply on getting another job. My focus is on building a sustainable, international, technology-driven career in Accounting and Finance.

ACCA
Pursuing professional accounting knowledge and strengthening my understanding of financial reporting and professional finance.

Learning modern AI tools and understanding how artificial intelligence can improve productivity and professional work.

Developing analytical and reporting skills to transform financial and business data into meaningful insights.
My Current Mission
To combine my years of business experience, international exposure, accounting knowledge, SAP skills and modern technology skills to build a successful and sustainable international career.
